Push and pull toys are great fun for the new walker. This traditional push-along is a perennial favourite. Sometimes when a child first begins to walk independently there is a psychological need to hold on to something. The penguin provides a little extra stability as the child gradually learns to walk. Children love the flapping sound that the feet make makes as it waddles along.
