Roman Arch
Arche romaine
This block set allows children to use and learn Roman engineering principles to build an arch that seemingly defies gravity. A excellent introduction to architecture and gravity, which also teaches following instructions and problem solving. The set includes fixed sides and a support structure to enable the arch to be built.
Instructions: Build the arch using the support structure. Then add the building bricks to put weight onto the arch. Remove the support structure once the arch is complete.
